How long will the hair extensions last?Depending on the method used, some are temporary up to 6 weeks, while others lasting years. The most commonly used extensions I install last 10-12 months when professional care instructions are followed.

Can I skip the consultation if I already have or had hair extensions?Every new client to DGH Salon is required to have a consultation prior to their installation appointment.

Are you certified?Yes, I am certified in several methods including I-tip, Weft, K-tip/Bonding and hair Toppers and Comline.

Will Extensions damage my hair?There are a few things to understand here. It is important to have your extensions installed correctly for your hair type. To prevent damage, keep up with maintenance appointments. Home care is very important, a care packet along with extensive informative education from your stylist will help guide you to achieving healthy hair. If these steps are followed correctly, no damage will occur and your natural hair will actually grow longer and healthier.

Can I add or remove a service from my appointment?If time permits, a service may be added to scheduled appointments. If during your appointment you would like to remove a service, that will be subject to the conditions stated in the cancellation policy.

Are there any additional costs besides the package price?Sometimes extra products need to be used in order to achieve your desired end result or you may choose to have an additional service. (Final pricing is determined by the amount of product and the timing of the service.)

The pricing is in packages, what if I like to get both a gloss/toner and a conditioner at my appointment?Any additional services can be added for an additional cost.

How do I reschedule my upcoming appointment?I am happy to accommodate your schedule, please reschedule your appointments prior to 48 hours of your original appointment. (See policy for more details). I don’t see what I want on your menu. What should I do?Feel free to contact Dawn via text message at DGH salon 267-483-7676. Leave a detailed message for the service you are requesting.

What if I’m running late for an appointment?Please text DGH Salon as soon as you know you are going to be late. If you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment all scheduled services may not be able to be completed. In this event the total of all scheduled services will be due.
