Appointment Cancellation Policy for Dawn Grandinetti Hair
I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To be respectful of the Salon's time and ensure others can access appointments, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellation Fees:

Less than 24 hours notice: A fee of 50% of the booked services will be charged.

No Show: A fee of 100% of the booked services will be charged.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
I Kindly ask that you give 48 hours notice of a cancellation so that I have time to accommodate another client. Any appointments that are canceled within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will have a service charge of 50% of your appointment cost. In order to maintain a timely schedule, if you are 15 minutes or more, your appointment may be rescheduled or we may need to adjust your services. If the decision is made to adjust services you will be responsible to pay for all services scheduled, if the decision is to reschedule, the appointment is now a missed appointment. All missed appointments will have a service charge of 100% of the appointment cost. Due to the personalized space, only clients with an appointment are permitted. I strive to offer my clients the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are experiencing any difficulties with the services that you received, please contact me within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct this issue with no additional charge.
